2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on our behalf by Müllner Motorsport GmbH, Seestrasse 20A, 7141 Podersdorf am See, Österreich, as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is processed in server log files in order to deliver the website and protect it against misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short time.

3. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies during a normal visit and does not use any analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to Google or other third parties.

4. Enquiry form and contact

If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (name, contact details, vehicle, message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect against misuse we store the IP address. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after six months at the latest.

Our WhatsApp button is a simple link. Data is only transferred to WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) once you click it and send us a message; their privacy policy applies.

5. Vehicle configurator

The vehicle configurator displays performance data from a vehicle database. No personal data is stored in the process.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact us at the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Austria: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
